SHIPPING COSTS

We offer free Domestic and Iternational Shipping with tracking provided. We and your experience to be simple and efficient, just the way we like it.

Shipping time varies by location. These are our current estimates:

PROCESSING TIMES

Please note shipping estimates do not include our order print and processing time.

Non personalized product take 2-4 business days  to process after placing the order before shipping out, while personalized products may take longer depending on how busy are are.  We do not ship or process orders on weekends and national holidays, although our customer service lines are open Saturdays.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking numbers are active within 1 day of processing but can take upto 5 days to show data due to logistics processing.

If you haven’t received a tracking number or if the one you have received doesn’t work, contact us for a replacement. 

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at support@pawharness.com right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 24 hours of a ‘Delivered’ status*
