Returns Policy

ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS 

Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be edited or cancelled. Orders are processed immediately to reduce processing delays.

RETURNS 

Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only. Return requests must be submitted within 60 days of your delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened. It must also be in the original packaging.

Typing errors  in personalized products will only be exchanged if the error was caused by us. Please pay attention to what you type.

All returns must include the original invoice or a note referencing your full name, e-mail you provided when placing your order and the order number itself.

Returns should be sent to the address forwarded to you by email.

Please DO NOT send your order back to the manufacturer or supplier.

All returns must be sent back to us within 60 days of arrival, these must be in original purchase condition – unworn or used and in their original packaging.

You will be responsible for shipping costs for your orders return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All eligible returns will be offered in-store credit only.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS (if applicable)

We will replace items for you if they are defective or damaged. Please send a picture of the defective or damaged item to support@pawharness.com within 24 hours after delivery for review, otherwise we can not accept the damaged/defective items.

STORE CREDIT (if applicable)

A notification email will be sent out when a store credit is processed. If you are returning an item for store credit it will be reviewed upon receipt and a credit will be issued if approved.
